What is your return policy?
All items sold on
www.pencilindia.in
have a 7 day return policy. All Electric Appliances have a 7 day return policy. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase. You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the items you wish to return.
What are the conditions for the return policy?
7 Day Return Policy :
Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of product.
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.
How long does the refund process take?
The refund process can take up to 3-5 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.
Broken Items
Should an item be received broken, please email us on support@pencilindia.in, within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.
Note : Any claim without a picture will not be valid. For any questions, please feel free to contact us on support@pencilindia.in
Defective Items
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on support@pencilindia.in, within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
