If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging or presentation may occur due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations or changes in packaging.

4. Prices and Taxes

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will ordinarily be dispatched within 3 days from the date the order is generated/confirmed, subject to product availability, payment confirmation and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
After dispatch, delivery is expected to take approximately 7–15 days, depending on the customer’s delivery location, courier availability and other logistical factors.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of:
- Remote or difficult-to-service locations;
- Weather conditions;
- Natural disasters;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Public holidays;
- Strikes or other logistical disruptions;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer;
- Government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should ensure that the delivery address, telephone number and other required information are accurate.
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or has provided an incorrect address/contact number, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where permitted.
8. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the product appears damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from the product ordered, please contact our customer support team promptly and provide the order details and appropriate photographs/videos or other supporting information.

Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty or Pencil Industries warranty, the applicable warranty terms will apply.

Warranty does not ordinarily cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation or use, unauthorised repair/modification, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the product instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
